Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a multi-level self-defense method and a dynamic sport. Its technical essentials are to exert force on the joints and lock the neck through the superior position to force the opponent to yield, and to bring the opponent to the control position or make him yield through standing position and ground movements without using blows. It is a martial art that is good at fighting skills, comprehensive fighting competition and systematic self-defense. Jiu Jitsu is characterized by making full use of leverage, rather than resisting and comparing with opponents. Jiu Jitsu practitioners will choose to use techniques to make opponents yield or exhaust their physical strength, and finally subdue them.
